The Performance Coaching Programme focusses on specific challenges or performance gaps and is structured over 6 one-to-one coaching sessions. Following an initial consultation to ensure we’re a suitable match and we will work well together, we’ll agree goals, outcomes, and growth areas we’ll focus on.
The programme and coaching approach is designed to be challenging, but I am here to support and assure you sessions will be structured to help you grow and develop. At the end of the programme we will take time to reflect on changes you have made and associated impact.
