I’m experienced in working in person and online, so whatever best meets your needs. I would suggest facilitation and team development are best delivered in-person and 1:1 coaching and mentoring works well both online and in-person.

Management development focuses on core people‑management skills — communication, delegation, feedback, performance conversations and day‑to‑day leadership. Leadership development goes deeper into influence, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence and leading through others.

I support teams with communication, collaboration, profiling, facilitation, alignment and performance improvement. This can include workshops, team coaching, profiling sessions and ongoing development programmes.

Yes, although most clients get the best results through a structured programme. One‑off sessions can be useful for specific challenges, decision‑making or preparation for key events.

To compliment my diverse experience and formal education, I have a number of certifications in key areas of people and team development. These include being a certified coach, accredited emotional intelligence practitioner and behavioural assessment practitioner.

Pricing depends on the type of support you need, for example whether this is individual coaching, leadership development, team programmes or assessments. I also offer retainer options if this suits your or your organisation’s needs. After an initial conversation, I’ll provide a clear proposal with options that fit your goals and budget.

The amount of time to commit will be dependant on several factors including your current level of knowledge, your goals, and what services you’re looking for. Coaching work in particular for example works best when agreed actions are progressed between sessions and momentum is maintained.
